Washi Tape Buttons

 
Its been pretty foggy and cold outside at the moment so I have been spending a fair amount of time inside by the fire browsing the Internet, which is were I found this very cool idea.

Washi Tape Buttons -
Stampin Up have quite a few different Washi Tape sets at the moment so I grabbed some clear buttons and my Washi Tape stash and went to work.  My daughter and I had a lot of fun covering the buttons with the Tape. It was so easy.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Choose your washi tape and take one button.
Step 2 - Cut strips of washi tape slightly bigger than the button, most buttons will need more than one strip of tape.
Step 3 - Lay tape over button matching up patterns etc
Step 4 - Cut tape around button allowing enough of an edge to fold under
Step 5 - Make hole in the top of the button using a skewer, or Toothpick
Step 6 - HAVE A GO It's fun I promise.
